2. Product Information

We make every effort to describe products accurately and provide up-to-date information. Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen. Typographical or pricing errors and inaccuracies may occur; no rights can be derived from them.

3. Ordering and Payment

4. Processing and Delivery

• Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 business days.
• Shipping time after processing: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location.
• Shipping takes place directly from our supplier in China; customs duties may apply.
• The stated timeframes are indicative; delays caused by high demand, holidays, or customs procedures do not entitle you to cancellation or a refund.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for all conditions. Cancellation after placing an order is not possible, and a refund or chargeback cannot be initiated before the item has been received.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided. Our liability is in all cases limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the relevant item. Please always check your address details carefully.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@kervaismontreal.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. For complaints regarding size or quality, always include clear photos and a description.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Kervais Montréal is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
